Mallorca Restaurants 121 (now SkyBlueMallorca.com) is a food and wine guide for Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain

It was started by us in August of 2004. We have subsequently spent the following five years visiting over 1000 restaurants, wine estates and gourmet products and services across the island. We have dedicated ourselves to creating descriptions on all these businesses and have taken over 40 000 photos.

All of this information, colour photos and videos  have now been placed into a new website called SkyBlue Mallorca Food and Wine Guide.
